The people behind Albanian Marina
We are a small agency working one stretch of the Albanian Adriatic — the forty kilometres between Durrës and Qerret. This page is who we are, how we work, and the numbers to call.
Who you are buying from
A small team, on the ground
Albanian Marina Real Estate SHPK is a registered Albanian agency with its office in Shënvlash, Durrës. We sell apartments, villas and land on the coast either side of it, and we have been doing it on this coast — not from a desk in another country — since 2020.
We help buyers find somewhere to live, work or invest, and we handle the whole purchase rather than handing you off at the offer stage: the shortlist, the viewings, the price, the notary, the registration and the paperwork that comes after it.
Transparency, straight answers and no pressure. We would rather talk you out of a bad purchase than through one — the buyers who are still happy two years later are where most of our work comes from.

We only sell what we can stand in front of
Every development on this site is within an hour of our office. We watch the buildings go up, we know who is building them, and if we cannot walk the site we do not list it.

One person, start to finish
Whoever answers your first message is the one who shows you the units, negotiates the price and sits with you at the notary. There is no handover to a stranger halfway through.

The whole number, up front
Guide price, transfer costs, service charges and what a unit realistically lets for in season — before you decide, not after you have paid a deposit.
